WARRANTY INFORMATION

This warranty applies to only those programs PRODUCED BY MPC.

MEDIA PARTNERS CORP. 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
We want our programs to look good, and we want you to be happy!

We warrant to the original purchaser that programs produced by Media Partners Corp. are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. If you leave it in the baking sun, if your dog eats it, or you generally abuse it, sorry, you're on your own. Other than that, here's what we'll do:

• FREE REPLACEMENT of the video within 36 months of original purchase
• FREE SHIPPING (UPS Ground) on the replacement video

Here's how it works

• You call us in a panic (206-682-8009). We get some info.
• You send us the old tape.
• We check it out. We send you a new one. (If it absolutely positively has to be there overnight, we absolutely positively need YOUR shipping account number.)

The Fine Print
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and all other obligations or liability on our part. We neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume any other liability on our behalf in connection with the sale of our programs. This warranty shall not apply to the product purchased or any part thereof which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. We make no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories, products or parts not supplied by us. This warranty shall apply only within the boundaries of the United States.
