A product of California, I grew up near Lake Tahoe and went on to graduate from Cal State University Long Beach with a major in Communications and a minor in Journalism. From there I was lured to Riverside, where I took up the job of reporting for a sizable daily news paper. After nearly three years of long commutes and constant smog inhalation, I came to my senses and moved to Seattle.
