While Dr. Wheatley does a good job of pointing out George's leadership qualities and how they relate to today's workplace, she doesn't explain how to get there. It's more of an analysis of the movie than an application of leadership in an organization.

    PROS
  • Clips from It's A Wonderful Life add interest and are inspiring.
  • Dr. Wheatley's passion for the topic is contagious.
    CONS
  • Dr. Wheatley analyzes George's leadership qualities without adequately relating them to today's workplace.
  • Too long.
