Hello & Welcome!!! I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to look into our website & media training products as well as to give you a bit of background on myself.

I am an east coast transplant arriving to Seattle in the spring of 2003 & have been in love with this city ever since! Yes, I did get the memo in regard to what “they” say about the rain in Seattle but it is an easy trade off compared to the snow in Up State New York. While setting up shop here I have come to the conclusion that “they” & the “rain” are a marketing ploy for Seattle to keep the masses at bay.

My educational background consists of degrees’ in Business Management & Mortuary Science as well as formal training in the Cosmetic Industry. My education combined with 10+ years of work experience in both the wholesale & retail industries brings me to you with the knowledge of how important it is in business to have happy, satisfied customers.

My main goal as a media partner’s representative is to create & maintain customer relations that embody the highest level of customer service satisfaction; I believe this premise is the basic basis for building any successful business relationship. Together as a team, we can access your company training goals & effectively match them up with the appropriate media materials to ensure the proper curriculum as well as your customer service satisfaction.
