I am an instructor for 18-24 year old students. We teach emloyability skills and diversity. This video holds interest because it is animated. I have so many videos with real people who don't know how to act and make their point with making it too silly. The animation is perfect for the age group and their attentiona span.

A Peacock in the Land of Penguins is an animated depiction of how diversity should be valued in the work place. The animation kept the program entertaining, yet basic. This video would work great in training younger audiences, or for those who have a difficult time with valuing diverse cultures. This video helps you to understand that life without diversity would be boring!

I've read this book and it's very impressive. Since the analogy of diversity in organizations is applicable to any type of readers - students, teachers, officers, personal and family affairs, etc, I would always use it in any opportunity of my presentations and speeches. I strongly believe that everyone loves stories. They tell millions of meaning, every meaning on our own perspectives.
