You Can Stop Harassment Program I: Taking Responsibility
If you can get through the first several minutes of this film, which are long and dry, you can get to some real learning about workplace harassment. The dramatizations are realistic and insightful and I liked the overall theme of taking responsibility.
PROS- Realistic dramatizations.
- Dramatizations are replayed to demonstrate how the offended party takes responsibility to try to stop the inappropriate behaviors.
CONS- Too long.
- Too much talking.
You Can Stop Harassment Program II: The Responsible Leader
There is a lot of good information for managers here about how to promote respect and prevent harassment in the workplace. The dramatizations demonstrate the right way to approach an employee scenario and the scenes are realistic. There is a lot of commentary that makes the film feel longer than it is though.
PROS- Demonstrates managers taking the lead to stop inappropriate behaviors before they become harassment.
- Dramatizations are interesting and good points for discussion.
