This film offers solid information about change for any type of business leader. However, the film is essentially a videotaped training forum, which puts the viewer in an even more passive role than usual. I found it difficult to stay focused. I think the film can be a catalyst for engaging discussion and organizational assessments though.

However, sustaining interest in a videotaped training forum, even if it's captivating in person, may be challenging for some viewers.
