When you see it, say it! The Practical Coach was great, not to mention the workbook...found it chock full of good practical advice. It's a well-written, highly readable manual. I teach for an education faculty and my wife is involved with corporate training. Know that we shall be periodically checking your website in the coming months. Thank you.

I was very impressed with The Practical Coach. I felt the host was very sincere and believable, the scenarios realistic with just the right amount of humor to keep things entertaining. I would recommend this film.

I love the idea of "when you see it, say it". Just a few simple words of recognition can be powerful motivation. The Practical Coach really hits the mark. I felt a bit uncomfortable during the "personal hygiene" scene, but the information was presented so well, I now believe I could even confront an employee with the subject...(hope I never have to) but great stuff here! Thanks!

The Practical Coach proved very informative and addressed the issues at hand. The information was presented in a clear, concise way and held my attention through the entirety of the program. Definitely worth viewing and an asset to management staff. The narration is perfect, acting is superb and points covered are very relevant.

The Practical Coach is an easy-to-use video that gives clear, concise direction on coaching. Various scenarios are use to reinforce the points being made. The message is clear and is reiterated frequently enough to drive learning. The actors are engaged and engaging. Also, the length of The Practical Coach is good, just long enough to get the point across, but not too long as to lose the audience. I have had the opportunity to use this great video several times and it is always well received by the employees I train.

My business partner and I are looking for videos to support our team and leadership training and development programs. "The Practical Coach" is professionally created, simple to understand yet insightful on the key characteristics of effective coaching in the workplace. We are seriously considering incorporating it into our overall program offerings.

The Practical Coach video is the best coaching video I have ever seen. Containing both positive reinforcement and correction techniques, it hits the mark for grabbing interest, touching the emotions, and being memorable. The review at the end caps everything in a simple way, making for excellent retention. I have used this video in many training sessions containing primarily 'technically-minded' men who do not normally function on the feeling side of things. This video really grabs you in this area. When people's emotions are touched, they pay attention. It is truly excellent!
