The After All, You're the Supervisor! training video tells the story of Alec, a top-notch CSR, who was recently promoted to supervisor. Alec is excited and a bit overwhelmed by his new responsibilities - especially the challenge of moving from the role of friend and colleague to team supervisor. Fortunately, he has a wise boss who guides him through the transition.

It's not always easy, but Alec finds his place, while his team learns to trust his guidance, work together more efficiently, and function more independently.

A comprehensive training video for new and seasoned supervisors alike, After All, You're the Supervisor! provides an array of tools for use in your training sessions and as follow-up to help keep your training fresh as you move into a management role.

For new and veteran supervisors alike, this program reveals the nine components to supervisory success. Using the scenario of a recently promoted CSR, now asked to lead his previous co-workers, we see realistic situations solved by these nine secrets.

While this film clearly illustrates the learning points with specific scenarios and examples, there's too much information to remember. Alec isn't believable as a newly promoted supervisor trying to figure things out. Contrary to what he says, he seems like he already knows what he's doing.

    PROS
  • Clear learning points backed by specific examples.
    CONS
  • Too long and too dry.
  • Too much information; may overwhelm new supervisors.
