"Painless Performance Improvement" is a great training tool for out front line supervisors. The points were well taken and few - no problem holding our supervisors' interest. Best of all, the seemingly over-the-top characters dealt with situations and attitutes that are an every day facts of life for our blue and pink collar work force. Just the right balance of entertainment and serious, practical training!

Good presentation and light enough not to create loss of interest, points clear and well organized. The relation between the hosts brought an interesting element to the presentation. Showing the wrong way and then the right way always lends a valuable visual in training. Great video - any manager would do well to provide this training to supervisors and lead persons as well.
