Thanks for visiting the Retail, Food, Construction and Energy Industries page. I hope that my recommendations and industry favorites are helpful in choosing your next training curriculum. If my name has you frazzled, don’t worry about it. My first name is pronounced Guh-zahl and my last name is pretty straightforward.

Here’s a little about my background...I was born into a very entrepreneurial-minded family, and grew up here in Seattle, WA. I speak both English and Farsi fluently. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Management and Marketing and I’ve spent over nine years in the retail industry with more than seven years at Nordstrom.

I would love to hear about what’s happening in your organization. From there, we can explore some products that are really targeted toward the specific needs of your organization.

If you have any questions about the films you see here or any other learning experiences we have to offer, please feel free to call or e-mail me at ghazal@media-partners.com. I look forward to hearing from you!

While you’re here, check out a few of the films below to get started.

Diversity: Face to Face

The topic of Diversity is always at the forefront of compliance training and this is a great new release! Diversity: Face to Face covers four main points: stereotypes, similarities, unity, and benefits. The scenarios are updated and the topics hit the spot. This new video is used mostly for new hire orientations and/or diversity training.

New Release...The Guest 2e!

One of the most important topics in training is customer service. After listening to retailers, we have released, The Guest 2e, a retail-based customer service video! The original Guest training video is the best selling customer service video produced…and now it is new, updated, and still as humorous as ever. The theme of the video resonates with everyone to "Treat your customer like a Guest in your home."

The video also highlights 5 main points:
  • Welcoming Them
  • Using Their Name
  • Taking Care of Their Needs
  • Thanking Them
  • Inviting Them Back

To reserve your free 14 day preview, please give me a call at 1-800-408-6829 or visit The Guest product page.
