I liked the overall length of the program: relatively short, while still covering all the main points. The manner in which the video was broken up into short vignettes would be helpful when leading a training session on the topic, especially since each covered a different aspect of sexual harassment. The primary drawback I saw to Sexual Harassment: Is It or Isn't It? was the fact that almost every situation was set in an office environment. I am charged with providing sexual harassment training for an organization that has people working in a wide variety of work settings, from janitorial to crafts and trades to warehouse to office settings. I really need something that represents as many different settings as possible.
