New Year, New You! With bellies full and spirits high, we ride into the new year on a wave of optimism. It’s a time for new beginnings, clean slates, and finally purchasing that gym membership that’s been sitting in your Groupon cart. 1. Call Out Other People’s Success

Whether it’s paying someone an unexpected compliment when they do something right or thanking someone for their consistent hard work, recognition sparks warmth in all of us. After all, who doesn’t appreciate a little affirmation every now and then?
