ADA Customer Service for Employees is divided into 5 chapters:

  1. Blind or Low Vision
  2. Cognitive Disabilities, including people with emotional challenges, and other disabilities, such as autism, Tourette Syndrome, and head injuries
  3. Deaf or Hard of Hearing
  4. Mobility, including customers who use wheelchairs as well as walkers, canes, and other mobility devices
  5. People of Short Stature, the vertically challenged

The goal of ADA Customer Service for Employees is simple: help every associate deliver the best customer service to any customer who has a disability.
