Who Cares?
Program length: 22:00

A customer once said that "Customer service just isn't what it used to be." Don't think so? Prove her wrong with the Who Cares? training video. Beef up your service system with four simple yet critical cornerstones of excellent customer service. Gain an advantage over your competitors by showing your customers that you DO care.

An engaging host provides narration between a wide variety of realistic and thought-provoking customer service scenes. The viewer is reminded to put themselves in the customer's shoes as "wrong way" and "right way" service examples are provided. Retail, hospitality, food service, banking and government settings along with man-on-the-street commentaries provide an informative and fast-paced training experience.

I purchased Who Cares? to use as a centerpiece to a day long customer service training that I teach in our company. This video provides practical advice, real life examples in a variety of work settings and easy-to-remember steps for providing exceptional customer service. The acting is very good. I have watched Who Cares? about 100 times. It still holds up as an engaging video. I preview dozens of training videos every year, but purchase only one or two. Who Cares? is one of the best I have seen.
