The full Just Be F.A.I.R.™ diversity awareness program consists of two modules that can be implemented individually or together for a truly comprehensive program.
Just Be F.A.I.R. – This program shows managers and employees what it means to be “culturally competent” and why it is important. It explains what diversity really is and isn’t and how people and organizations can be more culturally competent by using the F.A.I.R. approach.
F.A.I.R. in Action – This follow-up program teaches employees how to be fair and culturally competent in real-life workplace situations by applying the F.A.I.R. approach.
