We are all faced with making decisions every day. Some are large and some are small. When we’re faced with a decision that involves right and wrong choices at home or at work, sometimes it's hard to figure out what's the best decision in a given situation. In this program, learners will a look at some examples of ethical situations that can make a person say “OH?...”

It’s important to remember that some of those decisions can result in actions that have major consequences - for the organization, our customers and for ourselves.

Included in The "Oh" Series are two modules: Everyday Workplace Ethics and Business Transparency. Topics covered include: accounting/reporting miscues, cash bribe, gifts, collusion, time theft, kick-backs, bid switching/bid rotation, price fixing, market division and more!

I liked it but some of the segments were almost repetitive. I train in a financial institution so the bidding and market segmentation didn't really fit. If there were only one example of each and some other situations that were more generic to the business world, I would have purchased the video. I did like it better than others I have seen.
