This was a fantastic summary of what all hiring managers need to understand about what they can or can not ask during the interview in order to protect their companies. Perfect for a Lunch and Learn session, especially for companies that don't have a large training budget or personnel on staff who are strictly dedicated to developing and administering training. For those companies that do have trainers on staff, this would be a nice addition to a corporate training library.
