Would I Follow Me? demonstrates one leader's behavior (and the corresponding results) in two different situations: first as a newly appointed leader, and then five years later after he has learned a few lessons about leadership. I really liked this video starting with a likable and believable host who shares his leadership mistakes and the unintended consequences with us in flashback sequences. It's easy to empathize with both the boss and the employees. The learning points were highlighted through the host's "wrong ideas" of the past and reinforced through the employees' words during the summary. It kept my interest throughout.
