Sanjay is not a great project manager. Team members find out what it takes.
Carol and Marcus are worried about Sanjay’s ability to manage projects. Tammy believes projects need clear objectives and everyone must have the same clear information communicated to them. Barney is Cutting Edge’s main client. He wants Sanjay to increase his internet presence, but Sanjay has failed to define the scope or requirements of the task and is constantly running late on deadlines. Barney threatens to take his business elsewhere and also believes that when you are under pressure you have to be able to solve problems.
