     - PROFESSIONAL TRAINER'S REVIEW
Media Partners has done it again. Using wisdom and humor, How Was Your Day? tackles four important (and sometimes sticky) topics companies face today. I appreciate the realistic workplace scenarios and the multi-cultural ensemble of hosts which really bring the challenges of bias, inclusion, harassment, and bullying to life. The modular structure also makes it easy to train and customize for the needs of my audience. I can pull employees out for shorter workshops by training 1-2 topics at a time.

PROS

  • Four separate modules offer flexibility.
  • Memorable learning points and self-assessments.
  • Detailed Leader’s Guide allows for training by topic and customization.
  • High production value and realistic scenarios keep my audience engaged - increasing learning and retention.

 CONS

  • While excellent for employees, I'd like to see a version for managers.

At my company we have a very in-depth orientation for all of the new hires. Often times, we have in-field technicians who are NOT happy to sit in a chair all day [for the orientation] - the HR videos being the WORST part of the process for them. The only negative feedback I had in the almost two years of running the orientation was regarding the videos.

We went through many different films, but we selected "How Was Your Day?" and we could NOT be happier.  The feedback from new employees has completely shifted and we are very happy we made the switch. Very impressed with the personable, relatable, and realistic tone of this video.

Thank you!
