Instructor-led: The Leader's Guide includes step-by-step guidance to facilitate engaging workshops (45-66 minutes in length) on each of the four training topics; associated discussions and activities are included. If you prefer, each topic can be facilitated as a standalone module or you can customize the program by combining topics.

eLearning: Completing all four modules takes approximately one hour (12-15 minutes per module).

Media Partners has done it again. Using wisdom and humor, How Was Your Day? tackles four important (and sometimes sticky) topics companies face today. I appreciate the realistic workplace scenarios and the multi-cultural ensemble of hosts which really bring the challenges of bias, inclusion, harassment, and bullying to life. The modular structure also makes it easy to train and customize for the needs of my audience. I can pull employees out for shorter workshops by training 1-2 topics at a time.

At my company we have a very in-depth orientation for all of the new hires. Often times, we have in-field technicians who are NOT happy to sit in a chair all day [for the orientation] - the HR videos being the WORST part of the process for them.
